Speldosa, developed by Klevgrand Produkter AB, is a captivating Audio Unit instrument that brings the enchanting sound of a music box to your iPhone. Created in collaboration with Swedish artist Wintergatan/Martin Molin, this plugin is the perfect fusion of Wintergatan's physical world craftsmanship and Klevgrand's digital expertise.
The essence of Speldosa, which means "Music Box" in Swedish, lies in its shared belief in minimalism. Wintergatan and Klevgrand recognize the emotional power that a simple melody played on a music box can hold. With meticulous recording by Wintergatan, the instrument has been transformed into a playable digital plugin. Speldosa features four different music box models - Modern, Vintage, Antique, and Eternal (Reversed), each with its own unique character.
In addition to the music box models, Speldosa offers two different room ambiances and an algorithmic reverb, allowing you to create rich and immersive sounds. The plugin also includes an optional vibrato feature and an output level control, giving you further flexibility in shaping your music.
